| Clare Bedding joins Eclipse International

| Clare Bedding Mfg. has signed an exclusive licensing agreement to manufacture the Eclipse brand of mattress for the territories of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa. Having been one of the first licensing members of the Eastman House brand, this new venture represents a growing trend for the Eclipse/Eastman House companies. "The addition of the Eclipse brand will enable us to acquire new dealers throughout the Midwest" said Clare Bedding president Don Balsavich. "The 104 year heritage of the Eclipse brand and patented features like Spinal Zone set Eclipse apart from the other brands. Eclipse will help us acquire new business in areas we are already serving plus allow us to expand our geographic servicing area" added company vice president, Mike Angsten.

| Although the economy here in the U.S. and abroad has been "a little rough" (to say the least), Eclipse and Eastman House continue to make positive strides. CEO, Stuart Carlitz is expecting a 3% to 5% increase for his Eclipse brand in 2009 and even more for Eastman House.
